Large Luxury Private Algarve Villa with Pool in Eastern Algarve for Holiday Rentals

Situated in a peaceful residential area, our beautiful private villa offers an excellent standard of self-catering accommodation and, with its comfortable and tasteful furnishings, we hope it cannot fail to impress.  It is in a good, quiet location but still only a few minutes walk to a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants.  There is also a large EcoMarket a few minutes walk away to stock up on your every day essentials or to get supplies for a nice bar-b-que by the pool.  30 miles of a beautiful, white, sandy beach is a 10 minute walk away.  A car is recommended if you want to explore the area/other towns etc. but it is not essential if you just want a relaxing holiday in Altura as everything is within walking distance and there is a good taxi service if you did want to venture further afield.   

Our villa is fully air conditioned throughout, sleeps 8 people comfortably with 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and 2 with twin beds.  Parties of 10 will only be considered if there are no more than 8 adults.  There are 2 occasional fold away beds available which can be used by children.  High chair and cots can be provided on request.

As you can see from the photo gallery, it has a very spacious lounge with 3 soft sofas which can comfortably seat 10 people.  The lounge has a TV with in-built DVD, Video Recorder, sky with all main english channels BBC, ITV, Channels 4 & 5, and CD stereo system.  The dining area adjoining to the lounge area has seating for up to 8 people.

It has a fully equipped, modern kitchen which includes cooker, touch button hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, steam iron and ironing board, coffee maker.

Services Provided

All bed linen and towels for use in the villa are provided.  Linen is changed weekly, towels twice weekly.  Cleaning services are provided each week.

Meet & Greet   Upon your arrival at Casa Branca you will be met by our Manager, Rachel, who will show you around and explain everything to you.  She can also arrange airport transports and car hire at special rates.
